My work during 1996-2003 lead me to where I am today. Out of blind faith, I relocated to Asheville, NC and, knowing no one, opened an art gallery. My desire was to celebrate my personal creativity and help other artists celebrate theirs. Immediately, I met many artists as would be expected. Some of them encouraged me as I did them.
As Asheville had a large spiritual community, I also met healers and psychics. They had a tremendous affect on my life and became my friends. Paintings from this period were images and visions that came to me while painting or meditating.
The paintings that look like pure abstract images are actually visions or visualizations of energy. When I moved to Baltimore, MD in 2002 my paintings began incorporating trees. This evolution of my work lead me to my present visionary path.
